Peggy Segebart

Peggy Segebart, 52 of Panama City, FL, passed away on June 26, 2026 at Ava's House, Sioux Falls. Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 pm Friday, July 17, 2026 at the Hofmeister-Jones Funeral Home, with a prayer service beginning at 7:00 pm. Arrangements provided by Hofmeister-Jones Funeral Home.

Peggy Lee Segebart was born on December 7, 1973 to Billy and Karen (Riddle) Grubb. Peggy attended and graduated from Battle Creek High School in Battle Creek, IA.

On March 30, 1992 she welcomed her son Marcus. She met Sheldon Segebart of Battle Creek and were married on September 11, 1993. They welcomed son Johnathon on September 13, 1993.

Peggy enjoyed spending time with her two grandsons Johnathon and Kolton and her granddaughter Macy. She also enjoyed spending time with friends, of which she had many. Shooting darts or just long gossip sessions by a fire, she always had a good time.

Peggy is survived by her sons Marcus Grubb and Johnathon (Kaela) Segebart, both of Panama City, FL; 3 grandchildren Johnathon, Kolten and Macy; brother Christopher (Madonna) Grubb of Hawarden, IA; nephew Jacob (Tori) Grubb and daughter of Spencer, IA.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
